Main Responsibilities
1. Demand planning and forecasting, analyse market demand data.
2. Establish demand forecasting models, regularly forecast and adjust market demand.
3. Production planning and coordination.
4. Communicate the strategic planning and work requirements from headquarters, collect feedback and issues from the factory, and coordinate timely solutions.
5. Maintain close communication and collaboration with other departments, to solve supply chain related issues and ensure the smooth operation of the company as a whole.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of supply chain management experience, of which foreign enterprises
supply chain management experience is preferred.
3. Master supply chain management tools and methods, and be able to use data analysis tools to solve supply chain problems.
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate effectively with foreign headquarters and suppliers.
5. Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
