Responsibilities
1.Develops, implements and executes human resource strategies, target activity plans in line with the company's vision and objectives;
2.Directing and coordinating the organization's human resource management activities to maximize the strategic role of human resources;
3.Administer compensation, benefits and performance and establish competitive programmes to ensure the company's competitiveness in the talent marketplace;
4.Identifying staffing vacancies and recruiting, interviewing and selecting applicants;
5.Perform difficult staffing tasks, including dealing with understaffing, adjudicating disputes, terminating employees, and enforcing disciplinary procedures;
6.Plan and conduct staff training to develop positive attitudes towards organizational goals;
7.Planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating the work activities of subordinates and employees in the areas of employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations;
8.Acts as a link between management and employees by handling problems, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping to resolve work-related issues.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Have background in human resource management or related majors;
3.More than 5 years working experience in the same position in related industry, experience in foreign companies is preferred;
4.Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, good at problem solving;
5.Handle high stress situations calmly and effectively;
6.Strong logical thinking skills.
