Job content:
1. Research customers' goals and needs, develop digital marketing strategies and plans.
2. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels such as websites, social media, email and search engines.
3. Responsible for the analysis and report of marketing data, and constantly optimize marketing strategies and effects.
4. Work with designers to design and produce digital assets (banners, ads, videos) that are aligned with the brand's message and campaign.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in digital marketing/marketing related field
2. More than 3 years of digital marketing experience, skin care, beauty or consumer goods industry experience is preferred
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords and social media advertising platforms.
4. Solid digital marketing skills and structured thinking skills.
5. Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
6. Basic English communication

任職要求:
1. 具備數(shù)字營(yíng)銷/市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學(xué)歷
2. 三年以上數(shù)字營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),有護(hù)膚、美容或消費(fèi)品行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
3. 熟練掌握Google Analytics、AdWords和社交媒體廣告平臺(tái)。
4. 具備扎實(shí)的數(shù)字營(yíng)銷技能和結(jié)構(gòu)化思維能力。
5. 優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通表達(dá)能力。
