Job Responsibilities:
? Sales Support: Provide necessary sales cases and account actions support to the internal sales team, especially for the protection and development of priority accounts.
? Product Promotion: Refer opportunities for other products to other sales resources by creating sales cases.
? Customer Maintenance: Utilize the Siebel CRM system to develop a sales funnel for new service contracts and provide customized maintenance solutions for customers.
? Long-term Cooperation: Attract new customers through our products or services and strive to sign long-term service agreements.
? Project Sales: Assist the sales team in promoting project-based services using CRM tools, such as retrofits, spare parts packages, new lifting equipment, modernization, and CRS products.
? Regional Support: Support the growth of the branch's contract base and provide operational support and service & business reviews for assigned accounts.
? Other Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
We Expect You to Have:
? Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
? Work Experience: While fresh graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with relevant sales experience in industry-related equipment or service sales will have an advantage.
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crane industry is preferred.
? Communication Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as proficient English speaking and writing abilities.
? Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
