設(shè)備操作維修/保養(yǎng)安裝/調(diào)試CNC法蘭克精雕
崗位職責(zé):

1、進(jìn)行生產(chǎn) 5S 管理與改善，營(yíng)造良好的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
Conduct production 5S management and improvement to create a good production environment and improve production efficiency and product quality.
2、熟悉新代、維宏、精雕、法蘭克等系統(tǒng)，負(fù)責(zé)基礎(chǔ)的操作與調(diào)試工作，保障生產(chǎn)設(shè)備數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行，確保生產(chǎn)過(guò)程順利進(jìn)行。
Be familiar with Syntec, Weihong, JDSoft, FANUC and other systems, and be responsible for basic operation and debugging work to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system of production equipment and the smooth progress of the production process.
3、熟練掌握生產(chǎn)設(shè)備日常維修、調(diào)試、保養(yǎng)及改善技能，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行全方位管理，減少設(shè)備故障停機(jī)時(shí)間，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命，提高設(shè)備綜合效率。
Skillfully master the daily maintenance, debugging, maintenance and improvement skills of production equipment, conduct comprehensive management of equipment, reduce equipment downtime due to failure, extend the service life of equipment, and improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment.
4、深入了解塑膠眼鏡工藝模夾具結(jié)構(gòu)，開(kāi)展調(diào)試、維護(hù)與管理工作，保證模夾具的精度和可靠性，確保產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)符合工藝要求。
Thoroughly understand the structure of plastic eyewear process molds and fixtures, carry out debugging, maintenance and management work to ensure the accuracy and reliability of molds and fixtures and ensure that product production meets process requirements.
5、負(fù)責(zé)安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督、培訓(xùn)、管理與改善工作，制定并執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)制度和操作規(guī)程，組織安全培訓(xùn)和演練，及時(shí)排查和整改安全隱患，預(yù)防安全事故發(fā)生。
Be responsible for safety production supervision, training, management and improvement work, formulate and implement safety production systems and operating procedures, organize safety training and drills, timely identify and rectify potential safety hazards, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
任職要求:
任職要求
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，CNC 數(shù)控或機(jī)電專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮，具備扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
College degree or above, major in CNC numerical control or mechanical and electrical is preferred, with a solid professional knowledge foundation.
2、具有 CNC 設(shè)備及模夾具維修、維護(hù)、調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的運(yùn)作和維護(hù)流程。
With experience in CNC equipment and mold fixture repair, maintenance and debugging, familiar with the operation and maintenance process of production equipment.
3、能夠熟練運(yùn)用基礎(chǔ)辦公軟件，如 Word、Excel 等，便于進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理、報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)等工作。
Able to proficiently use basic office software such as Word and Excel to facilitate data processing, report writing and other work.
4、有一定電工基礎(chǔ)，擁有低壓電工操作證者優(yōu)先錄用，具備應(yīng)對(duì)電氣相關(guān)問(wèn)題的能力。
Have a certain electrical foundation, and those with a low-voltage electrician operation certificate are preferred, with the ability to handle electrical related problems.
5、具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神、問(wèn)題解決能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和責(zé)任心，能夠適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作環(huán)境和工作壓力，積極主動(dòng)地完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)，并不斷追求工作的優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)。
Possess good team spirit, problem-solving ability, learning ability and sense of responsibility, be able to adapt to the production site work environment and work pressure, actively complete various tasks, and constantly pursue work optimization and improvement.
