Responsibilities
Central control Test Vehicles , responsible for test vehicle preparation,
Execute Retrofit activities in R&D Workshop for I-Step HW/SW-Upgrading / Retrofitting,
Test Parts and measurement equipment management, vehicle data management. Test events and vehicle usage arrangement and coordination.

Task Description
1 Test Vehicle preparation and upgrading
-Test vehicle preparation, including temporary license plate, insurance paper, car pass, with support by Engineer Workshop.
-Installation and configuration of test equipment, such as HV-monitor, emergency button logger, ETAS, etc. with support by Engineer Workshop.
-To ensure that test vehicle hardware and software updated in time to meet test requirements according to the request from project or car user.
-Test Vehicle commissioning after HW, SW updating.
-Make sure test vehicle information updated on time in related systems, such as VMC, FIPS, Brian system, etc.
-In charge of necessary changes on test vehicle, such as winter tires, summer tires, development ECU, etc.
-Test vehicle scrapping and spare parts re-using.
-Support integrated validation team on vehicles transportation from BMW AG to BBA.
-Organize test events with support from E-60 based on test requests from car users,
-Coordinate vehicle usage planning based on test requests and search for alternatives when there is usage conflicts
2 Test Vehicle equipment management
-Management of Logger, ETAS, HV monitor, emergency button e.g. which need to be equipped on the test vehicles
-Support purchasing process of equipment
3 Test Vehicle parts management
-Test parts ordering for test vehicle retrofitting
-Test parts receiving and storage in warehouse with Engineer Workshop support
-Test parts delivery BBA internally
-Test Parts scrapping
4 Test Vehicle Data Management
-Support and monitoring Validation Engineer read out data by BRiAN system
-Data-Management and reporting of test vehicles status.
5 Test event arrangement and vehicle usage planning
-Organize test events with support based on test requests from car users,
-Coordinate vehicle usage planning based on test requests and search for alternatives when there is usage conflicts
Required Qualifications

Languages: Proficient level of Chinese and English required, in order to understand the test case better.
Understanding of architectures and components in hybrid and electric vehicles
-Understanding of architectures and components in hybrid and electric vehicles
-Knowledge in measurement and CAN communication tools (e.g. INCA, CANalyzer, logger and ETAS…)
-Good team player with outstanding communication skills
-Intercultural sensibility
-Utilized structural work approach and analytical thinking skills
-Self-responsible and reliable working attitude even under pressure
