1. Manage product related customer projects from handover from Sales Acquisition until handover of a bookable order to Customer Service Management.
2. Representation of the Director Customer Project Management in case of absence or special delegated topics.
3. Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing of product related customer projects according to the set goals & KPIs regarding time, quality and budget, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
4. Detailed Project documentation in the respective tools.
5. Organisation of and participation in interdisciplinary Project meetings and conference calls internally and with customers.
6. Entering and maintaining of Customer and product related data in the system
7. Consolidating team feedback & user experience for Process optimization related to Project Management in coordination with the interfaces of the organisation: Setting up meetings, Project groups
8. Process optimization related to Project Management in coordination with the interfaces
of the organisation
9. Interface to Global Customer Loyalty Management and responsible for regional customer loyalty with strong relationship building.
10. Acquisition of new customers and deliver presentations on products/services on request.
