Grow & develop business in assigned markets & accounts by selling & executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coach frontline sales team for improved execution.

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks
主要職責(zé)
Selling & Merchandising 賣進(jìn)和陳列
? Sell new product, promotions & merchandising initiatives to Key account & distributor.
與重點(diǎn)客戶及經(jīng)銷商合作，負(fù)責(zé)新品的賣進(jìn)，門店促銷以及店面陳列
? Ensure ‘Gold Merchandising Standard’ (GMS) compliance level in his territory.
確保所在區(qū)域的門店陳列達(dá)到該區(qū)域的“黃金陳列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”
? To discuss & provide AU with potential list of Accounts that can be made direct service from DC.
與區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商討并提供潛在的大倉(cāng)客戶名單
? Open new A&B stores to expand footprint in territory
在所負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域內(nèi)拓展新的AB店，擴(kuò)大銷售面
? Escalate Key Account Execution issues & non-compliance for AU support
在區(qū)域提供準(zhǔn)確有效的協(xié)助，確保重點(diǎn)客戶的店內(nèi)執(zhí)行穩(wěn)步提升

Coaching 輔導(dǎo)
? Work with MD in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback.
與門店理貨員一起工作，提供必要的輔導(dǎo)，定期進(jìn)行一對(duì)一的反饋
? Conduct effective weekly meeting with team.
每周與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員開展切實(shí)有效的例會(huì)

Key Capabilities / Competencies
關(guān)鍵技能/經(jīng)驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
? 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales function part of which should be in the FMCG industry. 3-5年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中部分必須為快速消費(fèi)品行業(yè)
? Both experience to develop new business/turnaround and stable large business. 同時(shí)具備開發(fā)新市場(chǎng)及操作穩(wěn)定市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? College degree or above. 大專及以上學(xué)歷
? Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills. 專業(yè)的銷售技能及談判技巧
? Sales planning and time management. 銷售計(jì)劃及時(shí)間管理能力
? Strong data analyze is preferred. 有較強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力者優(yōu)先
? Strong execution and team player. 較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
? Passionate and quick learner. 積極熱情以及較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力
? Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability). 中文&英文（具備英文能力者優(yōu)先）
? Good computer skills. 熟練操作微軟辦公室軟件
