Job Responsibilities:
1、Team Development: Will build, develop and supervise a team to handle the day-to-day operations. Supports and promotes safety. Responsible for the development, training, and evaluation of employees on a continuous basis.
2、Daily Management: Receive berries from growers efficiently and in good quality, Communicate with the planning team in real time to confirm the arrival progress according to the inventory of packaging materials, and eliminate the shortage of packaging materials supply, Organize daily inventory to ensure that the accounts are consistent, Cooler operation personnel management.
3、Process: Assist in the development and support of internal systems and business processes.
4、Communication: Ensures effective collaboration and communication with all other departments for greater efficiencies and attainment of Driscoll’s strategic plan. Responsible to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Requirements:
1、Academic Degree:Bachelor or above.
2、Professional experience on the job: More than 3 years.
3、Professional experience on the functional area: 2 years.
4、Familiar with cooler operation, practices, and procedures.
5、Proven background with warehouse systems, leading cooler operation improvements through strong financial and operating performance metrics
6、Need to be dependable, reliable and able to work independently
7、Poses high level personal computer skills in the use of Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point
8、English: Possess and demonstrates effective verbal and written communications.
