Key Responsibilities 1. Provide administrative and coordination support for the development, implementation, review and audit of EHS management system, policies, standards and procedures. 2. Support area management, in the conduct and maintenance of EHS hazard identification & risk assessment and work with the area management to put in place the required controls. 3. Provide administrative coordination and assist in EHS inspections, EHS audits, hygiene and environmental monitoring, incident investigation, meetings, tracking on closure of EHS action plans and EHS promotion activities. 4. Support in maintaining an effective emergency preparedness and fire protection readiness. 5. Coordinate, facilitate the site's EHS training program and plan, where required assist in conducting EHS trainings. 6. Compile of EHS data, support internal and external EHS reporting, documentation and record, as per established procedures. 7. Develop the Rosh management system 8. Coordinate equipment/ facility maintenance, equipment metrology. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE (Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have) 1. Minimum 4 year bachelor degree in EHS, Engineering or Science. 2. Be familiar with Chinese EHS laws & safety related regulations. 3. Minimum 4 years EHS/ RoHS and 3 years equipment maintenance working experience 4. Good communication and influencing skill with the ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as the organizations outside. 5. Strong English Language skills both oral and written is preferred
