2、負(fù)責(zé)公司ERP系統(tǒng)配置和公司內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)，編寫培訓(xùn)文檔，確保員工正確熟練的使用系統(tǒng).

Responsible
for configuring of ERP system and conducting internal training, writing
training documents, and ensuring that employees use the system correctly and
proficiently.

3、負(fù)責(zé)ERP系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維支持工作，解決業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)使用過(guò)程中的異常情況，提出系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)意見.

Responsible
for ERP system operation and maintenance support, resolving abnormal situations
during the use of business systems, and proposing continuous improvement
suggestions for the system.

4、負(fù)責(zé)梳理公司業(yè)務(wù)流程，優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程，制定并完善公司系統(tǒng)相關(guān)管理制度.

Responsible
for streamlining and optimizing the operation processes and developing and
improving relevant management procedures or policies.

5、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接外部顧問(wèn)和集團(tuán)專家團(tuán)隊(duì)，后期根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求和技術(shù)發(fā)展情況，對(duì)系統(tǒng)持續(xù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級(jí)。

Responsible for
liaising with external consultants and group expert teams, and continuously
optimizing and upgrading the system based on business needs and technological
development in the later stage.

崗位要求：

Experience in SAP
implementation and management, especially in cross ERP and other internal system
integration for group enterprise projects.

2、汽車制造業(yè)工廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)，良好的中英文溝通能力和跨文化溝通技巧.

Experience in
automotive manufacturing factories, good communication skills in both Chinese
and English, and cross-cultural communication skills.
