Duties 崗位職責(zé):

Ensure that the production target agreement is successfully fulfilled. Reach the OTD and OQD targets.

Ensure planning coordination and accomplishment of the production planning. Reach planning targets.

Reach the targets of labor man hours not exceed the limits defined.

達(dá)到不超過規(guī)定工時(shí)的目標(biāo)。

Ensure the implementation and keep the budget limitations.

確保預(yù)算的執(zhí)行和控制

Ensure project communication and co-operation with central team in France and Spain

負(fù)責(zé)與法國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)或核心團(tuán)隊(duì)的項(xiàng)目溝通和協(xié)作，并將信息傳遞給團(tuán)隊(duì)

Construct result-orientated team culture. Motivate continuously learning and improvement, to attain performance goal.

Lead the team to support product quality improvement

帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)支持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善

Lead the team to monitor capacity and plan the production efficiently and expand it if necessary. Maintain the 5S efficiency in the workshop

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)監(jiān)控產(chǎn)能，有效地計(jì)劃生產(chǎn)，并在必要時(shí)擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模

Develop and upgrade method team competency

開發(fā)并提升團(tuán)隊(duì)能力

Set up of a training and qualification plan of the operator for machinery and test bench.　

針對(duì)不同機(jī)器設(shè)立工人培訓(xùn)、測(cè)試及考核計(jì)劃

Staff qualification and management

人員管理和資質(zhì)考核

Conduct safety performance and implement accident prevention work.

進(jìn)行安全績(jī)效考核，實(shí)施事故預(yù)防工作

Ensure the machine efficiency; offer second level technical support and spare parts management.

確保機(jī)器效率，提供二級(jí)技術(shù)支持和備件管理支持

Responsible of establishing equipment management procedure including maintenance＆calibration plan

負(fù)責(zé)建立設(shè)備管理流程，包括維護(hù)和校準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃

Machinery and test-bench operation and maintenance

機(jī)械和調(diào)試臺(tái)操作和維護(hù)

Skills 能力:

1. Willing to do mindset. Transform ideas into actions.愿意做，并付諸于行動(dòng)

2. Fluent in English and Chinese中文，英文流利

3. Strong stress tolerance 抗壓能力強(qiáng)

4. Ability to work with people from different background 能與不同背景同事一起工作

5. Excel, ppt, word proficiency熟練使用Excel, ppt, word

6. 6 sigma green belt or above preferred.6 sigma 或以上優(yōu)先

7. SAP is a plus

Education教育:

Bachelor and above 本科及以上學(xué)歷

Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):

minimum 5 years working experience in a factory as a production 5年以上工廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Worked in 5S efficient environment during 5 years at least

Automotive, aerospace, railway production background
