Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of company projects, taking responsibility for project duration, quality, cost, and schedule, and completing project delivery plans on time;
2. Responsible for organizing relevant departments of the company to optimize the design scheme, supporting scheme, construction scheme, construction technology, construction period, material and equipment selection scheme, and comprehensively control costs.
3. Fully responsible for internal and external communication and coordination of the project, able to effectively coordinate relationships within the company's internal team as well as with construction units, supervisors, government, and other parties.
4. Assist in engineering bidding, budgeting, and other related work;
5. Strengthen on-site civilized construction, timely detect and properly handle emergencies;
6. Coordinate pre construction application, process construction, project marketing control, etc.
Job requirements:
1. College diploma or above, major in engineering related fields such as civil engineering, construction engineering, etc., with intermediate or higher professional titles;
2. Under 55 years old, with over 10 years of work experience in the real estate construction industry, having served as the main person in charge of large-scale comprehensive (residential, commercial, hotel) real estate enterprise projects;
3. Strong project construction site management ability, high construction technology and problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability;
4. Familiar with professional knowledge related to civil engineering and real estate development and construction, proficient in national and local civil engineering specifications, inspection and evaluation standards, and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with project management knowledge and methods.
5. Strong learning ability, English proficiency is preferred for employment

崗位職責(zé):
1、負責(zé)公司項目的管理,對項目工期、質(zhì)量、成本、進度負責(zé),按時完成項目交付計劃;
2、負責(zé)組織公司相關(guān)部門對設(shè)計方案、配套方案、施工方案、施工工藝、施工工期、材料設(shè)備選型方案進行優(yōu)化工作,全面控制成本。
3、全面負責(zé)項目對內(nèi)對外溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作,能夠較好的協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部團隊以及施工單位、監(jiān)理、政府等方面關(guān)系。
4、協(xié)助工程招投標(biāo)、預(yù)決算等方面工作;
5、強化現(xiàn)場文明施工,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和妥善處理突發(fā)性事件;
6、統(tǒng)籌前期報建、過程施工、項目營銷管控等。
任職要求:
1、統(tǒng)招大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷,工民建、土木工程、建筑工程等工程類相關(guān)專業(yè),中級以上職稱;
2、55周歲以下,10年以上房地產(chǎn)建筑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,擔(dān)任過大型綜合類(住宅、商業(yè)、酒店)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)項目的主要負責(zé)人職位;
3、具備較強的項目施工現(xiàn)場管理能力,具有較高的建筑施工技術(shù)及問題解決能力,具有較強的責(zé)任心及執(zhí)行力;
4、熟悉土木建筑工程、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)相關(guān)專業(yè)知識,掌握國家及本地區(qū)相關(guān)土建規(guī)范、驗評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)法律法規(guī),熟悉工程項目管理知識及方法。
