Job Responsibilities:
1. Master the progress of the company's main work, responsible for formulating and implementing office work plans and internal management of the office;
2. Coordinate and manage the administrative and logistical services of the company;
3. Responsible for overall management of the company's archives and documents;
4. Responsible for organizing relevant meetings and supervising the implementation of meeting resolutions;
5. Responsible for establishing, revising, and supervising the implementation of various management rules and regulations of the company;
6. Responsible for the main goals and plans in the field of human resources, developing, participating in, or assisting upper level implementation of relevant policies and systems;
7. Responsible for the production and implementation of human resources system documents such as personnel establishment and job responsibilities in the company;
8. Responsible for managing employee recruitment, benefits, performance, and employee relations;
9. Responsible for the production of monthly salary;
10. Coordinate and manage the company's training work, supervise the implementation of training;
11. Responsible for handling employee social security and housing provident fund;
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the chairman.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as an administrative and human resources manager. Experience in real estate development companies is preferred;
2. Strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility and career ambition;
Can communicate in English.

崗位職責(zé):
1、掌握公司主要工作的進(jìn)展情況,負(fù)責(zé)制定、落實(shí)辦公室工作計(jì)劃和辦公室內(nèi)部的管理;
2、統(tǒng)籌管理公司行政后勤服務(wù)工作;
3、統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)公司的檔案文書(shū)管理;
4、負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)會(huì)議的組織,以及會(huì)議決議的督辦事項(xiàng);
5、負(fù)責(zé)公司各種管理規(guī)章制度的建立、修訂及執(zhí)行監(jiān)督;
6、負(fù)責(zé)人力資源領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主要目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃,制定、參與或協(xié)助上層執(zhí)行相關(guān)的政策和制度;
7、負(fù)責(zé)公司人員編制、崗位職責(zé)等人力資源制度文件的制作與落實(shí);
8、負(fù)責(zé)員工的聘用、福利、績(jī)效、員工關(guān)系等管理工作;
9、負(fù)責(zé)每月工資的制作;
10、統(tǒng)籌管理公司培訓(xùn)工作,監(jiān)督培訓(xùn)落實(shí)情況;
11、負(fù)責(zé)員工社保及公積金的辦理;
12、完成董事長(zhǎng)交辦的其他事務(wù)。
任職要求:
1、大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,5年以上行政人事經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
2、很強(qiáng)的激勵(lì)、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,責(zé)任心、事業(yè)心強(qiáng);
能夠用英語(yǔ)交流。
