崗位職責(zé)

1.負(fù)責(zé)制定并執(zhí)行充電寶出海大客戶業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)公司在目標(biāo)出海地區(qū)關(guān)鍵大客戶業(yè)務(wù)拓展。

2.負(fù)責(zé)建立并維護(hù)與大客戶的長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系,通過(guò)深入了解客戶需求,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,提供成本可控的解決方案并推動(dòng)落地,以實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)和客戶滿意度提升。

3.負(fù)責(zé)制定并執(zhí)行銷售目標(biāo)和銷售計(jì)劃,跟進(jìn)銷售進(jìn)展,完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo),確保公司大客戶業(yè)務(wù)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。

4.跟進(jìn)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,分析市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),及時(shí)反饋市場(chǎng)和客戶需求變化,為產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提供參考意見(jiàn)。

1.Responsible for formulating and executing the business development strategy for major clients in the power bank overseas market, driving the company's expansion in key client business in target overseas regions.

2.Responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with major clients. By deeply understanding customer needs, coordinate internal resources to provide cost-controlled solutions and promote implementation, in order to achieve business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

3.Responsible for setting and executing sales targets and sales plans, tracking sales progress, achieving sales performance indicators, and ensuring the stable growth of the company's major client business.

4.Monitor market dynamics, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and promptly feedback changes in market and customer demands to provide reference for product optimization.

崗位基本需求

1.大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。

2.具備至少5年以上充電寶出海大客戶業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3.具備良好的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠與大客戶建立信任關(guān)系并有效推動(dòng)合作。

4.具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)洞察力和商業(yè)敏感度,能夠準(zhǔn)確把握市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和客戶需求。

5.具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠有效協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。

6.具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力,能夠進(jìn)行跨國(guó)商務(wù)談判和合作。

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.

2. At least 5 years of experience in business development for major clients in the overseas power bank market.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with major clients and effectively drive collaboration.

4. Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs.

5. Teamwork spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Good English communication skills, capable of conducting international business negotiations and collaborations.

1.有港澳、英國(guó)、日韓、美國(guó)等市場(chǎng)的大客戶資源者優(yōu)先;

2.多語(yǔ)人才優(yōu)先。

1. Candidates with major client resources in markets such as Hong Kong, Macau, the UK, Japan, South Korea, and the USA are preferred.

2. Multilingual talents are preferred.
