Position Scope:

Set up standard Prototype request process and manage all projects which Proto gets from business team included AE, sales, PE, PM, Lab, etc.

Basic responsibility for Projects management; communication with customer’s team to have agreement for delivery schedule. To work with other internal Proto teams to complete the Assy. Turbo based on commitments for customers. OTTR, OTTC and Cycle time is Key Metrics.

Cost charge back to customers on time;

To have forecast earlier for key components which we have longer lead time.

Responsibilities:

Proto request planning; give requestor response on cost, delivery in time;

Maintain accurate material master, bill of material, & routing in SAP system;

Track request delivery status and coordinate urgent delivery case;

Communicate with Sales/AE/PM/PE/LAB/Others to know project background, detail request & priority;

Hold meeting with sales/PM/AE to know proto forecast & improve input quality;

OTTR, OTTC, Cycle time, FGI, Sales inventory, order book, past due, MPS metrics owner;

Delivery Customers’ input quality and drive regular meeting to make them to improve their performance;

Inventory management especially for Consignment/E&O;

Qualifications:

? At least 1 years’ experience of projects management or planning;

? Strong teamwork and self-motivated;

? Bachelor degree or above;

? Excellent communicator;

? Multitasking processing with hard working;

? Good English language in speaking, writing, listening, reading;

? Work to remove obstacles and consistently delivers on commitments;

? Good at software M/S Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

? Familiar to SAP is better.

? Familiar to E-powertrain is better.

? Be willing to relocate to Wuhan site

KPI:

? Customer OTTR, OTTC

? Customer Cycle Time

? SAP Implementation on time

Skills:

? Good PC knowledge, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

? Experience on SAP

? Good English communication skill

建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的樣機(jī)請(qǐng)求流程,并管理來(lái)自業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的所有項(xiàng)目,包括AE, sales, PE, PM, Lab等。

項(xiàng)目管理的基本職責(zé);與客戶團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通以達(dá)成交貨計(jì)劃的一致。根據(jù)對(duì)客戶的承諾,與其他內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)合作完成渦

輪增壓總成。otr、otc和周期時(shí)間是關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。

及時(shí)將成本費(fèi)用返還給客戶;

提前對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),以便我們有更長(zhǎng)的交貨期。

職責(zé):

原型請(qǐng)求規(guī)劃;及時(shí)回復(fù)客戶的成本和交貨情況;

維護(hù)SAP系統(tǒng)中準(zhǔn)確的物料清單、物料清單和物料路線;

跟蹤請(qǐng)求交付狀態(tài),協(xié)調(diào)緊急交付情況;

與銷售/AE/PM/PE/LAB/其他人溝通,了解項(xiàng)目背景,細(xì)節(jié)要求和優(yōu)先級(jí);

與銷售/PM/AE召開(kāi)會(huì)議,了解樣品預(yù)測(cè)并提高輸入質(zhì)量;

·otr、otc、周期時(shí)間、FGI、銷售庫(kù)存、訂單、過(guò)期、MPS指標(biāo)所有者;

提供客戶輸入的質(zhì)量,并推動(dòng)定期會(huì)議,使他們提高績(jī)效;

庫(kù)存管理,特別是寄售/E&O;

資格:

1年以上項(xiàng)目管理或規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn);

良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和自我激勵(lì)能力;

?本科及以上學(xué)歷;

?優(yōu)秀的溝通能力;

?多任務(wù)處理,工作努力;

良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力;

?努力消除障礙并始終如一地履行承諾;

?熟練使用辦公軟件,尤其是Excel, PowerPoint等

?熟悉SAP者優(yōu)先。

?熟悉電動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
