Tasks:
-Building up an EEHX HMI implementation team related to the specific tasks of VCTC
-On schedule implementation of project and department tasks including job split definition and coordination with all development partners
-On schedule release of milestone tasks.
-Competence planing and buildup of EEHX team
-Development of a organizational structure for EEHX team
-Responsibility for EEHX internal development processes
-Responsibility for steering EEHX related budget
-Definition of EEHX yearly task and alignment with EEH internal team
-Selection and definition of development partner
-Responsibility for EEHX function readiness
. Qualification and skills required:
-University Studies in Engineering technical or Industry design (e.g. Master or Dipl.-Ing. degree)
-Long-standing experiences in HMI development and management (more than 5 years)
-Management assessment capability
