職位描述：

1. 擔(dān)任數(shù)字化設(shè)備管理咨詢項目經(jīng)理，確定項目范圍、制定項目計劃，管理項目交付過程，控制項目進度、質(zhì)量及成本；

2. 在項目的售前階段，到客戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)研，挖掘客戶需求，編寫項目建議書、技術(shù)協(xié)議等文件、設(shè)計項目實施方案，合同簽訂后負責(zé)項目實施及全過程管理；

3. 項目結(jié)束后，負責(zé)編寫合同中約定的項目交付文檔，并提煉和總結(jié)與項目相關(guān)的知識，形成公司知識庫；

4. 擔(dān)任業(yè)務(wù)分析師或其他部門成員的導(dǎo)師，提升公司咨詢?nèi)瞬诺膶I(yè)能力。

任職資格:

1. 海歸碩士或國內(nèi)211以上碩士學(xué)歷，英語口語流利（英語口語能力突出者以下要求可適當(dāng)放寬）；

2. 具有可靠性工程、機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；

3. 具有較強的獨立工作能力、創(chuàng)新能力，學(xué)習(xí)能力，能夠適應(yīng)國內(nèi)或國外出差；

優(yōu)先考慮：

1. 熟悉APM，ERP、EAM、設(shè)備故障診斷及狀態(tài)監(jiān)測軟件等設(shè)備管理相關(guān)信息系統(tǒng);

2. 熟悉FMEA、RCM 、RAM、RCA等可靠性工具。

Consultant - Overseas Projects

for Digitized Equipment Maintenance Management Software and Systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Take a role as project manager for digitized equipment maintenance management software and systems implementation projects, determine project scope, develop project plan, control project progress, quality, and costs;

2. In the pre-sales stage of the project, conduct on-site research with clients, explore their needs, write project proposals, technical agreements and other documents, design project implementation plans, and be responsible for project implementation and full process management after contract signing;

3. Responsible for writing the project delivery documents as agreed in the contract, extracting and summarizing knowledge related to the project, and helping building the company's knowledge pool after each project is completed;

4. Serve as a mentor for business analysts or other department members to enhance the professional skills of consulting talents in the company.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above, from abroad or “211 Universities” in China, fluent in English（For candidates with outstanding oral English level, the qualifications below could be less essential);

2. Major in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related;

3. Strong independent work ability, creative thinking ability, learning ability, and the ability to adapt to domestic or foreign business trips;

Better to have:

1. Familiar with equipment management related information systems such as APM, ERP, EAM, equipment fault diagnosis and status monitoring software.

2. Rich experience in reliability management, proficient in various consulting tools and theoretical methods; Familiar with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, RAM, RCA, etc.
