現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理英語(yǔ)包裝材料

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 協(xié)助在合作工廠（中國(guó)和國(guó)外）建立并優(yōu)化紙袋生產(chǎn)線。

2. 擴(kuò)展紙袋產(chǎn)品線，確保生產(chǎn)流程高效且符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

3. 從行業(yè)資源中引入優(yōu)秀操作員，提升生產(chǎn)線團(tuán)隊(duì)能力。

4. 提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，解決生產(chǎn)中的復(fù)雜問(wèn)題，
精通紙袋生產(chǎn)設(shè)備（如制袋機(jī)、印刷機(jī)）的調(diào)試與維護(hù)。 熟悉環(huán)保包裝材料（如水性涂層、可降解紙漿）的生產(chǎn)工藝。 需中英文流利溝通能力，能通過(guò)行業(yè)人脈招募熟練操作員。


任職要求：

1. 具有機(jī)械工程、包裝工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域本科以上學(xué)歷。

2. 具有10 年以上紙袋生產(chǎn)線管理或技術(shù)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 有跨國(guó)工廠協(xié)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（中國(guó)與國(guó)外）。
