1. 基本職責(zé)Essential
As part of VLR China HS team, this position will full responsible on Chemical and Industrial Hygiene Manage for all 3 mills in China.
The position needs to work with Group HS team and local team to establish the Chemical and Industrial Hygiene management system in China.
? Operational mindset on chemical management and work on shopfloor chemical risk reduction.
? Establish & consolidate the chemical inventory by screening the chemical used in mills include operation, maintenance and contractor, subcontractor.
? Based on China Regulations (IECSC & GBZ2.1 & etc.), REACH (Registration，Evaluation，Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), WHO(IARC) and ACGIH standard, to define the risk on chemical introduction, usage, storage, and disposal.
? Follow up on chemical introduction process in China base on group requirement and local regulation.
? Work with local team to define and follow up on CMR chemical substitution and chemical risk reduction program as part of CAP2030.
? Assist shopfloor chemical management standard by routine observation in workshop in 3 China Mills.
? Work with Group Chemical Expert on Norm / Standard execution in China.
? Lead on IH risk reduction project in China as part of RPI reduction program.
? Assist in PPE management and selection in China for 3 mills.
? Lead on noise impact assessment and reduction project.
? Ergonomic mindset and implement the ergonomic improvement in VLR China mills.
? Other IH related work according to requirement from Group and Regional.
2. 環(huán)境安全職責(zé)Environmental & Safety
1) 對所管理區(qū)域的安全負(fù)總責(zé)，并按安全關(guān)鍵KPI指標(biāo)考核。
In charge of the safety responsible of the management area, and follow up the relative KPI index.
2) 負(fù)責(zé)組織所管理區(qū)域的危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)，采取相應(yīng)措施，并將相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)源和應(yīng)急措施與員工、合同方和訪客進(jìn)行溝通。
Responsible to identify the potential risk resource and evaluate the risk level, take the corresponding actions and communicate with colleagues, partner and visit the potential risk;
3） 貫徹公司的健康安全要求。
According to company HSE rules to follow the rules;
4） 對職業(yè)健康安全績效進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
Responsible to support to make continues improvement for environment & safety;
5） 發(fā)生環(huán)境安全意外狀況時(shí)根據(jù)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)程序采取適當(dāng)行動(dòng)。
When environment and safety accident happen take corresponding emerge actions according to emergency procedures;
6） 參與資源的回收利用（包裝，紙張等）。
Take actions to save the resource (such as packing and paper etc.) to improve the environment;
7） 根據(jù)環(huán)保規(guī)定將垃圾歸類存放。
Sort the scrap materials according to the environment policy;
8） 進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場時(shí)要穿戴必要的防護(hù)用品。
When enter the production site need to take suitable PPE;
9） 對不符安全制度的方面做出糾正。
Correct non-safety rules if found.
3. 能力資質(zhì)要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1) 教育背景Education:
學(xué)士及以上學(xué)歷，化工類或工業(yè)衛(wèi)生相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor or above degree, Chemical or IH related background.
2) 經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience:
至少5年制造企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
At least five years work experience in a production company.
至少3年以上制造型工廠或?qū)嶒?yàn)室化學(xué)品管理或工業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 3 years work experience in production company or laboratory on chemical management or IH management.
3) 知識(shí)及培訓(xùn)要求Knowledge & Training:
熟悉中國及國際對化學(xué)品管理和工業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理的要求和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。持有注冊工業(yè)衛(wèi)生工程師資質(zhì)證書或同等認(rèn)證證書者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with China and international requirement and standard on chemical management and industrial hygiene. Certified by NEBOSH, CIH or equivalent is preferred.
4) 語言要求Language requirement：
