? Precise import & export customs clearance
? Transportation RFQ and arrangement for on-time delivery
? Precise documentation to guarantee compliance customer and standard international requirement
? Compliance with EHS/ISO requirements

Regular duties and responsibilities
? Customs Affair (Import & export Business)
o Clearance for import and export goods
o Guage rental
o DHL/UPS/Agent monthly payment
o License registration and update
? Shipping arrangement
o making shipping plan
o Generate long-term/individual needs of wooden bar /Pre-sling
o RFQ for vessel booking
o Coordinate physical delivery
o Update sales shipping arrangement
o Validate & collect B/L
o Follow up & update vessel movement
o Validate payment to 3PL and create PO for freight
? Shipping documents
o Make shipping documents according to INCO-Term 2000 and customer requirement.
o Make sure document correctness.
? In charge of Bond Handbook
? Assign marine survey activity
? SAP Work
Obligation/Liability
? Compliance with employee manual.
? Compliance with Ethic.
? Not declare wrong data to Customs.
Authority
? To send RFQ and choose right supplier.
? Reject supplier service if found not compliance with requirement.
Qualification
Education & Experience
? 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷Diploma or above
? 大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)證書(shū)水平以上，口語(yǔ)流利、書(shū)面流暢Good English skill, both written and verbal，CET-4 or above
? 有三年以上物流、進(jìn)出口工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)At least 3-year experience in import/export and logistics
? 有兩年以上SAP操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience of SAP operation for at least two years
? 熟練操作辦公軟件Familiar with Microsoft Office
