POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述

Responsible for confirm process data and formulate flow charts and other related documents for Assembly shop, and solve issues that arise in production.

負(fù)責(zé)裝配車間工藝數(shù)據(jù)的確定及流程圖和其他文件性的編制以及解決生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的問題。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述：

1. Formulate and perfect standard operating procedure (SOP) for every workstation and process of Assembly Shop;

編制及完善裝配車間各個(gè)工位及工序的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；

2. Formulate products’ process flow chart & PFMEA & CP for Assembly Shop;

編制裝配車間組裝各產(chǎn)品工藝流程圖 & PFMEA & 控制計(jì)劃；

3. Confirm every workstations’ process data and ensure accuracy;

確定各工序工藝參數(shù)，確保準(zhǔn)確；

4. Support Prototype Engineer to confirm technological parameter together;

支持樣件工程師確定工藝參數(shù)；

5. Capacity analysis for new product , Formulate productivity improvement plan for new product and implement the plans;

對新產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能分析，制定新產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)能提升計(jì)劃并實(shí)施；

6. Responsible for on-job training for assembly operator and involve in on-job training evaluation;

負(fù)責(zé)裝配車間一線操作人員的崗位技能培訓(xùn)并參與技能考核；

7. Deal with producing anomaly arise in production with other department employees;

協(xié)助其他部門共同處理生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的異常；

8. Responsible for management and update for all documents relevant with Manufacturing Engineering;

各種制造工程相關(guān)文件的更新；

9. To conduct continuous improvement activities to reduce production cost and enhance productivity;

開展持續(xù)的改善活動以降低生產(chǎn)成本提高生產(chǎn)效率；

10. Other jobs assigned by superior.

完成其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作。

QUALIFICATION崗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree, manufacturing or mechanical related major is preferred;

本科學(xué)歷，制造或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)最佳；

2. Familiar with technological process of production;

熟悉車間內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)工藝流程；

3. Min. 3 years assembly process related working experiences in manufacturing industry, Auto parts manufacturing industry background is a plus;

至少三年制造業(yè)組裝工藝工程相關(guān)崗位，有汽車零部件制造行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先；

4. Has production site management working experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus;

有制造行業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

5. Be familiar with usage of all kinds of electric tools and pneumatic tools;

熟悉各種電動工具及氣動工具的使用方法；

6. Be familiar with the IATF 16949/VDA6.3 standard. APQP, PPAP (ISIR), SPC, FMEA, MSA;

熟悉汽車供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理方法、IATF 16949/VDA6.3體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、AIAG五大核心工具及常用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具；

7. Be versed in Microsoft Office software;

熟悉Microsoft Office系列軟件；

8. Good English skill.

具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
