職位描述：

1、負(fù)責(zé)定期對機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)行巡回檢查，確保設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行；

Responsible for regular inspection tours of mechanical equipment to ensure normal operation of the equipment.

2、負(fù)責(zé)所有機(jī)械設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、故障維修及管理工作，確保設(shè)備性能良好、運(yùn)行正常；

Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault repair and management of all mechanical equipment to ensure good performance and normal operation.

3、負(fù)責(zé)泵類設(shè)備（輸油主泵、污油泵、增壓泵、單點(diǎn)系泊輸出泵、柴油卸載泵、柴油輸送泵、計(jì)量標(biāo)定水泵）的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、故障維修及管理工作，熟知泵工藝流程、泵運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、檢修情況，定期檢查泵潤滑油系統(tǒng)、機(jī)封系統(tǒng)，定期對泵進(jìn)行軸對中、間隙檢查，確保泵安全高效運(yùn)行；

Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault repair and management of pump equipment (oil transfer pumps, dirty oil pumps, booster pumps, single-point mooring output pumps, diesel unloading pumps, diesel transfer pumps, metering and calibration pumps), familiar with the pump process, pump operation, maintenance and overhaul of the situation, regular inspection of the pump lubricating oil system, sealing system, regular pump shaft alignment, clearance checks to ensure the pumps run safely and efficiently.

4、負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)械部分的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、故障維修及管理工作，熟知發(fā)電機(jī)的工作原理、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、檢修情況，確保發(fā)電機(jī)良好的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)；

Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault repair and management of the mechanical parts of the generator, familiar with the working principle of the generator, operation, maintenance, overhaul, to ensure that the generator is in good operating condition.

5、負(fù)責(zé)閥門定期注脂保養(yǎng)及維修工作，清理閥桿、檢查開關(guān)靈活度并測試排污閥，防止油品泄漏，保證站場閥門的安全可靠性；

Be responsible for the regular greasing maintenance and repair of valves, cleaning valve stems, checking the flexibility of the switch and testing the drain valve to prevent oil leakage and ensure the safety and reliability of the station valves;

6、負(fù)責(zé)站場壓力容器（過濾器、儲罐、油水分離器、收發(fā)球筒）的月度檢查、年度檢查工作，配合檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的定期檢查工作，定期檢查原油罐、柴油罐、污油罐的阻火器、呼吸閥，確保其性能良好，確保站場壓力容器安全平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行；

Be responsible for the monthly and annual inspection of station pressure vessels (filters, storage tanks, oil-water separators, receivers and dispensers), cooperate with the periodic inspection of inspection organizations, and regularly inspect the flame arrestors and breathing valves of crude oil tanks, diesel oil tanks, and dirty oil tanks, to ensure their good performance and the safe and smooth operation of station pressure vessels;

7、負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械主要設(shè)備的大修維護(hù)計(jì)劃和實(shí)施，制定和更新機(jī)械設(shè)備的維修、大修程序及工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，全程監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)工作。包括制定大修計(jì)劃、提供工作方法、參與設(shè)備測試等工作；

Responsible for the overhaul and maintenance plan and implementation of the main mechanical equipment, develop and update the maintenance and overhaul procedures and work standards for mechanical equipment, and supervise and guide the work throughout the process. Including the development of overhaul plans, provide work methods, participate in equipment testing and other work;

8、負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械設(shè)備的修舊利廢工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效，為公司節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本；

Responsible for mechanical equipment repair and recycling work, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency, for the company to save production costs;

9、負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械專業(yè)備品備件提交采購計(jì)劃、跟蹤采購進(jìn)度、到貨驗(yàn)收工作。協(xié)助做好機(jī)械庫房備品備件管理工作，定期檢查庫房備件，確保儲存?zhèn)浼幱谧罴褷顟B(tài)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行出入庫管理制度；

Responsible for mechanical spare parts submission of procurement plan, tracking procurement progress, arrival and acceptance. Assist to do a good job in the management of machinery warehouse spare parts, regular inspection of the warehouse spare parts, to ensure that the storage of spare parts in the best condition, strict implementation of the management system of entry and exit of the warehouse；

10、定期對相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，制定培訓(xùn)方案，編寫培訓(xùn)資料，提高相關(guān)人員技術(shù)水平，滿足維修技能要求。

Regularly carry out technical training for relevant personnel, formulate training programs, compile training materials, improve the technical level of relevant personnel, and meet the requirements of maintenance skills.

任職要求：

1、壓力容器操作證或其他輸油站場安全操作類證件；

Pressure vessel operation certificate or other safety operation certificate of oil transmission station.

2、身體健康強(qiáng)壯，無高血壓、心血管等疾??；無過敏藥物；無酗酒等不良嗜好；

Physically healthy and strong, without hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, allergies to medications; no alcohol abuse or other bad habits.

3、機(jī)械及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；

Mechanical Engineering related Professions Electrical Instrumentation and Related Professions, Bachelor degree or above.

4、具備10年以上離心泵、螺桿泵等多種泵設(shè)備的維護(hù)、維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Possess over 10 years of maintenance and repair experience with various pumps such as centrifugal pumps and screw pumps.

5、可有效解決管道閥門（如球閥、截止閥、旋塞閥等）、過濾器的機(jī)械故障；有大型原油儲罐的維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Adept at resolving mechanical faults in pipeline valves (e.g., ball valves, gate valves, plug valves) and filters.

6、可獨(dú)立完成發(fā)電機(jī)組的定期維護(hù)以及大修作業(yè)；

Experienced in maintaining large crude oil storage tanks

7、熟練掌握各類機(jī)械設(shè)備的工作原理與維護(hù)保養(yǎng)措施；

Capable of independently performing regular maintenance and major repairs on power generator units

8、可以自主編制管道機(jī)械設(shè)備的年度、月度維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行，并按時提交合理專業(yè)的采購計(jì)劃；

Proficient in understanding the working principles and maintenance measures of various mechanical equipment; able to autonomously develop annual and monthly maintenance plans for pipeline mechanical equipment and supervise their execution; submitting well-structured procurement plans on time

9、有ABC原油發(fā)動機(jī)、康明斯發(fā)電機(jī)維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

ABC crude engine, Cummins generator maintenance experience is preferred.

10、英語口語熟練表達(dá)；

Fluent in spoken English.

11、45歲以內(nèi)。
