SMT工藝工程師英語(yǔ)
Mission使命
- The Project team member is responsible for her/his project process development field in terms of QCDM. As such, she/he ensures the activities necessary to the achievement of the project objectives. When the activities are related to a particular expertise, she/he can rely on specialists or contributors, but she/he keeps on being responsible for the results
- 項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員負(fù)責(zé)QCDM方面的項(xiàng)目工藝開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域。因此，她/他確保開(kāi)展實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)所需的活動(dòng)。當(dāng)活動(dòng)與特定專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)相關(guān)時(shí)，她/他可以依靠專(zhuān)家或貢獻(xiàn)者，但她/他仍對(duì)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
Responsibilities責(zé)任
Safety安全
- Ensure within her/his scope the consideration and treatment of risks related to Safety and the Environment by respecting the safety rules and the conditions of use of the equipment
- 通過(guò)遵守安全規(guī)則和設(shè)備使用條件，確保在其范圍內(nèi)考慮和處理與安全和環(huán)境相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
Generic activities (during the whole project) 一般活動(dòng)（整個(gè)項(xiàng)目期間）
- To participate actively in project team activities: meetings, preparation of the end of phase reviews, QFD, functional analysis, functional and technical specifications, analysis of the value, analysis of the general project risks, Generic FMEA (design, product, process), Standard Control Plan, etc...
- To draw up the detailed planning of the Process Engineering work in collaboration with the PG/PL/Platform Process Engineering manager. Holds a weekly review of the latter, the daily updates and initiates corrective actions.
- To organize and to manage the contributors who are assigned to her/him by the métier managers (Process Engineering, Technical Departments functions, Purchasing...).
- To draw up and to manage the budget of the Process Engineering costs and the Methods and Quality investments specific to the project.
- To have the developments in the project validated regularly by the PG/PL/Platform Process Engineering manager, the experts and the managers of departments at least before each change of phase.
- To apply the New process Brick Development procedure
- 積極參與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)活動(dòng)：會(huì)議、階段末評(píng)審的準(zhǔn)備、QFD、功能分析、功能和技術(shù)規(guī)范、價(jià)值分析、一般項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、通用FMEA（設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品、過(guò)程）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制計(jì)劃等......
- 與PG/PL/平臺(tái)工藝工程經(jīng)理合作，制定工藝工程工作的詳細(xì)計(jì)劃。對(duì)后者進(jìn)行每周審查，每日更新并啟動(dòng)糾正措施。
- 組織和管理由經(jīng)理（工藝工程、技術(shù)部門(mén)職能、采購(gòu)等）分配給她/他的貢獻(xiàn)者。
- 制定并管理特定于項(xiàng)目的工藝工程成本、方法和質(zhì)量投資的預(yù)算。
- 至少在每次階段變更之前，由PG/PL/平臺(tái)工藝工程經(jīng)理、專(zhuān)家和部門(mén)經(jīng)理定期驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展。
- 應(yīng)用新工藝磚開(kāi)發(fā)程序

- To perform the Process Technology benchmark
- To prepare the “make or buy” decisions with the Purchasing member
- To identify the expertise needs
- To build the ICP
- To select the process to be developed

- 與采購(gòu)成員一起準(zhǔn)備“制造或購(gòu)買(mǎi)”決策
- 確定專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)需求
- 建立ICP
- 選擇要開(kāi)發(fā)的流程
Specific Activities for the process definition工藝定義的具體活動(dòng)
- To perform the Process Technology Study, including DOE
- To define the process: flow chart, process description, “process Assembly Drawing”
- To challenge R&D on the manufacturability of the product: DFA, DFM, DTF…
- To perform P-FMEA and control plan
- To check IP clearance and to write patent
- To validate the proof of concept
- 進(jìn)行工藝技術(shù)研究，包括能源部
- 定義流程：流程圖、流程說(shuō)明、“流程裝配圖”
- 挑戰(zhàn)產(chǎn)品可制造性的研發(fā)：DFA、DFM、DTF…

- To write the prototype equipment specifications
- To buy the representative equipment
- To follow-up prototypes assembly
- To perform process validation
- To follow-up product validation on process needs

- 跟進(jìn)原型組裝
- 執(zhí)行工藝驗(yàn)證
- 根據(jù)工藝需求跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證
Specific Activities for the Design validation設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證的具體活動(dòng)
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
- Manage the process development documentation
- Make Layout review, Design for manufacturing reviews, Process Design Check auto assessment, Design for Test
- 確保與產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)充分互動(dòng)，以執(zhí)行同步工程。
- 管理工藝開(kāi)發(fā)文檔
- 進(jìn)行布局審查、制造設(shè)計(jì)審查、工藝設(shè)計(jì)檢查自動(dòng)評(píng)估、測(cè)試設(shè)計(jì)
Requirements:要求
- M/W General Mechanical Engineer or Electronics Engineer
- minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing mandatory, process Engineer knowledge in electronics components and basic designs.
- Fluent Oral English
- Available for travelling
- 通用機(jī)械工程師或電子工程師
- 至少3年電子制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，電子元件和基本設(shè)計(jì)方面的工藝工程師知識(shí)
- 英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利
