崗位職責(zé)：

1)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)；

1.按相關(guān)技術(shù)文件、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)程等相關(guān)資料，及時(shí)對(duì)制造過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和檢驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)，判定是否符合質(zhì)量要求；并督促操作員工作好各種質(zhì)量記錄；

According to the relevant technical documents, test procedures and other related materials, in time monitor and inspection, test for manufacturing processes, judge whether meet quality requirements; And urge the operator to write all kinds of quality records

2.負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制（SPC），評(píng)審數(shù)據(jù)并對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，及時(shí)聯(lián)絡(luò)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行分析、反饋

Responsible for statistical process control (SPC), review the data and found out the production process quality problem, contact with the relevant personnel to analysis issue, feedback in time；

3. 負(fù)責(zé)過程質(zhì)量問題的反饋、處理，并進(jìn)行跟蹤驗(yàn)證

Responsible for process quality problem feedback, handling, and tracking verification；

4. 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不良品的控制：識(shí)別、分類及確認(rèn)處理，并及時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)匯報(bào)

Responsible for the control of the non-conformity product: identification, classification and confirm the processing, and statistical report in time.

2)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的預(yù)防；

The prevention of the quality of the product

1. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)來料試用的原材料進(jìn)行質(zhì)量跟蹤和反饋；

Responsible for incoming material for trial quality tracking and feedback

2. 計(jì)量器具和檢測(cè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行定期的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)

Measuring instruments and testing equipment regular maintenance and maintenance

3)質(zhì)量的報(bào)告；

Quality report;

1.及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的填寫各種質(zhì)量檢測(cè)記錄，定期進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、匯總和分析，并向部門主管報(bào)告質(zhì)量狀況

Timely and accurate fill in various quality inspection records, statistics, summary and analysis on a regular basis, and report to quality supervisor

2.負(fù)責(zé)過程檢驗(yàn)記錄的檢查、確認(rèn)

3.負(fù)責(zé)過程首件及巡檢、末件的檢查、確認(rèn)，并對(duì)此產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量問題負(fù)責(zé)

能力需求：

Ability requirements:

1. 熟悉卡尺，千分尺，拉力計(jì)，拉力機(jī)等測(cè)量設(shè)備，儀器的使用

be fluent with usage of caliper, micrometer, tension meter, tensile machine

2. 熟悉常用辦公軟件，Excel，PPT，Word.

be familiar with PC soft ware, like Excel, PPT, Word, etc.

3. 有較好的語言表達(dá)能力和溝通能力

Have good language expression ability and communication skills

4. 機(jī)械或電子相關(guān)專業(yè)
