Responsibilities:

  • Support, contribute and promote a safe work environment.

  • Responsible for building R & D team, and organize the completion of various technical standards and documents for company products
  • 負責(zé)研發(fā)團隊建設(shè),組織并完成公司產(chǎn)品所需要的各種技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及文件。
  • Continuously explore the application of new materials, new design technologies, etc., and develop technical and process expertise to ensure that the design is technologically competitive
  • 不斷探索新材料、新設(shè)計技術(shù)等的應(yīng)用,開發(fā)技術(shù)和工藝專門技術(shù),以確保設(shè)計具有技術(shù)競爭力
  • Technical Support -Provide technical support for sales activities to win new business. Providing general technical assistance to the company internal teams, and external sub-contractors and suppliers including assembly training and failure/issue analysis.
  • 技術(shù)支持-為公司銷售活動提供技術(shù)支持,以贏得新業(yè)務(wù),并向公司內(nèi)各部門、公司外部分包商和供應(yīng)商提供常規(guī)技術(shù)支持,包括裝配培訓(xùn)和故障/問題分析。
  • Promote design standardization, including materials, product structure, product standards, etc.
  • 設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作推進,包括材料、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。
  • Understanding of customers’ specifications and requirements to ensure technical proposals can be written.
  • 正確理解客戶規(guī)范和要求,確保能夠編寫技術(shù)建議書。
  • Detailed Design – creation of full manufacturing information for new products with generation of associated supporting documentation such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFM, FEA ,design review, package design etc..
  • 產(chǎn)品的詳細設(shè)計 – 基于諸如公差分析, FMEA, DFM, FEA,設(shè)計評審,包裝設(shè)計等設(shè)計活動的分析,整合和配套,創(chuàng)建適用于新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的制造工程文件
  • Concept Development – correct interpretation of customer specifications and requirements enabling generation of technical proposals.
  • 概念設(shè)計方案 – 積極消化,正確理解客戶需求,規(guī)范等輸入信息,提出可行的技術(shù)設(shè)想
  • Provide design engineering support for the development of customized Connector products.
  • 為客戶定制類產(chǎn)品提供強有力而高效的工程技術(shù)支持
  • Research and Development – to explore new technologies appropriate for continual development.
  • 研究和開發(fā) – 不斷探索新的技術(shù)或趨勢以適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的需要
  • Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.
  • 技術(shù)管理 – 基于ISO質(zhì)量體系創(chuàng)建關(guān)于技術(shù)管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容
  • Develops technology and process know-how to ensure designs are technologically competitive.
  • 不斷發(fā)展技術(shù)及工藝的經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)資料庫以確保設(shè)計具有競爭性
  • Participate and contribute to team training, development, mentoring and audits.
  • 積極參與和服務(wù)于培訓(xùn),員工發(fā)展,導(dǎo)師和審計等團隊
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company policies.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering (Graduate Degree preferred).
  • 機械或電氣類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 (研究生畢業(yè)優(yōu)先)
  • Strong team management and leadership skill to ensure the successful development of electronic components or systems for commercial aviation and rail applications
  • 優(yōu)秀的團隊管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,確保成功開發(fā)應(yīng)用于商業(yè)航空和鐵路的電子元件或系統(tǒng)。
  • Strong communication skills and budgeting ability and creativity
  • 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力,預(yù)算能力和創(chuàng)新能力
  • Understanding of Product development process in related Aero industry. (5+ years of practical experience in design of electronic components).
  • 熟悉航空航天連接器、線纜組件和EWIS相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程 (有5年以上相關(guān)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先)
  • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current /coax/twinax/quadrax wire termination).
  • 精通連接器制造流程或工藝諸如機加,注塑和裝配技術(shù)(壓接,焊接,大電流/同軸/雙同軸/四同軸接線等)
  • Competent in use of 3D/design tools and PDM (for example: Solidworks, Autocad)
  • 熟練使用3D,2D和PDM等相關(guān)設(shè)計軟件(如Solidworks, Autocad等)
  • Understanding of basic transmission line theory and the design requirements for RF and high-speed signal transmission.
  • 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)幕驹硪约袄斫釸F及其他高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)脑O(shè)計要求
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • 擅于使用各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工具和測量方法做根本失效原因分析;
  • Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities
  • 了解各類材料的特性并基于此做出合理的材料選擇
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • 良好的中文普通話聽讀寫能力,良好的英語讀寫能力
