• Responsible for building R & D team, and organize the completion of various technical standards and documents for company products

• Continuously explore the application of new materials, new design technologies, etc., and develop technical and process expertise to ensure that the design is technologically competitive
• 不斷探索新材料、新設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)等的應(yīng)用，開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)和工藝專(zhuān)門(mén)技術(shù)，以確保設(shè)計(jì)具有技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力
• Technical Support -Provide technical support for sales activities to win new business. Providing general technical assistance to the company internal teams, and external sub-contractors and suppliers including assembly training and failure/issue analysis.
• 技術(shù)支持-為公司銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)提供技術(shù)支持，以贏得新業(yè)務(wù)，并向公司內(nèi)各部門(mén)、公司外部分包商和供應(yīng)商提供常規(guī)技術(shù)支持，包括裝配培訓(xùn)和故障/問(wèn)題分析。
• Promote design standardization, including materials, product structure, product standards, etc.
• 設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作推進(jìn)，包括材料、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。
• Understanding of customers’ specifications and requirements to ensure technical proposals can be written.
• 正確理解客戶(hù)規(guī)范和要求，確保能夠編寫(xiě)技術(shù)建議書(shū)。
• Detailed Design – creation of full manufacturing information for new products with generation of associated supporting documentation such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFM, FEA ,design review, package design etc..
• 產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì) – 基于諸如公差分析, FMEA, DFM, FEA,設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，包裝設(shè)計(jì)等設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的分析，整合和配套，創(chuàng)建適用于新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的制造工程文件
• Concept Development – correct interpretation of customer specifications and requirements enabling generation of technical proposals.
• 概念設(shè)計(jì)方案 – 積極消化，正確理解客戶(hù)需求，規(guī)范等輸入信息，提出可行的技術(shù)設(shè)想
• Provide design engineering support for the development of customized Connector products.
• 為客戶(hù)定制類(lèi)產(chǎn)品提供強(qiáng)有力而高效的工程技術(shù)支持
• Research and Development – to explore new technologies appropriate for continual development.
• 研究和開(kāi)發(fā) – 不斷探索新的技術(shù)或趨勢(shì)以適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的需要
• Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.
• 技術(shù)管理 – 基于ISO質(zhì)量體系創(chuàng)建關(guān)于技術(shù)管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容
• Develops technology and process know-how to ensure designs are technologically competitive.
• 不斷發(fā)展技術(shù)及工藝的經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)資料庫(kù)以確保設(shè)計(jì)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性
• Participate and contribute to team training, development, mentoring and audits.

Requirements:

• University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering (Graduate Degree preferred).
• 機(jī)械或電氣類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 （研究生畢業(yè)優(yōu)先）
• Strong team management and leadership skill to ensure the successful development of electronic components or systems for commercial aviation and rail applications
• 優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，確保成功開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用于商業(yè)航空和鐵路的電子元件或系統(tǒng)。
• Strong communication skills and budgeting ability and creativity

• Understanding of Product development process in related Aero industry. (5+ years of practical experience in design of electronic components).
• 熟悉航空航天連接器、線(xiàn)纜組件和EWIS相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程 （有5年以上相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current /coax/twinax/quadrax wire termination).
• 精通連接器制造流程或工藝諸如機(jī)加，注塑和裝配技術(shù)（壓接，焊接，大電流/同軸/雙同軸/四同軸接線(xiàn)等）
• Competent in use of 3D/design tools and PDM (for example: Solidworks, Autocad)
• 熟練使用3D,2D和PDM等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件(如Solidworks, Autocad等)
• Understanding of basic transmission line theory and the design requirements for RF and high-speed signal transmission.
• 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)幕驹硪约袄斫釸F及其他高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)要求
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.
• 擅于使用各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工具和測(cè)量方法做根本失效原因分析；
• Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities
• 了解各類(lèi)材料的特性并基于此做出合理的材料選擇
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• 良好的中文普通話(huà)聽(tīng)讀寫(xiě)能力，良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力
