駐非洲-道路合同經(jīng)理

崗位職責：

1. 負責道路工程合同的起草、審核及管理，確保合同條款的合法性和合規(guī)性；

2. 協(xié)調(diào)項目中的各方合同關系，處理合同變更、爭議和索賠事宜；

3. 制定合同風險管理計劃，識別并規(guī)避潛在合同風險；

4. 監(jiān)督合同執(zhí)行情況，確保各項目按合同條款順利進行；

5. 與項目經(jīng)理、法律部門及財務部門密切合作，確保合同的順利執(zhí)行；

6. 參與投標文件的準備，審核相關合同條款，確保與公司政策一致。

崗位要求：

1. 工程管理、法律或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；

2. 有至少一年的駐非洲工作的相關工作經(jīng)驗；至少5年以上道路工程合同管理經(jīng)驗，具備豐富的合同談判及管理經(jīng)驗；

3. 熟悉合同法及相關法律法規(guī)，具備良好的法律意識；

4. 優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠處理復雜的合同問題；

5. 熟練使用合同管理軟件及辦公軟件；

6. 英語水平良好者優(yōu)先。

薪資福利：

月薪：21000-25000 RMB

Position Title: Road Contract Manager-In Africa

Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and manage road project contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and terms;

2. Coordinate contract relationships among all project stakeholders, handle contract changes, disputes, and claims;

3. Develop a contract risk management plan to identify and mitigate potential contract risks;

4. Monitor contract execution to ensure that all projects proceed smoothly according to contractual terms;

5. Work closely with project managers, legal, and finance teams to ensure the smooth implementation of contracts;

6. Participate in the preparation of bidding documents, review related contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Law, or a related field;

2. At least 5 years of experience in contract management for road projects, with strong contract negotiation and management skills;

3. Familiar with contract law and related legal regulations, with strong legal awareness;

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle complex contract issues;

5. Proficient in contract management software and office software;

6. Proficiency in English is preferred.
