  • 工作職責
    • Process Invitation to Bid (ITB) documentation and manage project amendments
      處理招標邀請書（ITB）文件及項目補充協(xié)議
    • Submit prequalification documents to General Contractors (GCs)
      向總承包商（GC）提交預(yù)審資質(zhì)文件
    • Coordinate CCIP/OCIP registration for projects with GCs
      與總承包商協(xié)調(diào)項目承包商控制保險計劃（CCIP）/業(yè)主控制保險計劃（OCIP）登記
    • Collect installer information (name, address, SSN) and track weekly work hours
      收集安裝人員信息（姓名、地址、社保號）并統(tǒng)計周工作時長
    • Prepare reports and monitor regulatory compliance
      提交報告并監(jiān)督合規(guī)性
    • Manage office supplies and logistics support in Jinan office
      負責各個辦公室物資采購與行政支持
    • Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
      工作時間：周一至周五 上午9點至下午6點

    任職要求
    • English major preferred; proficient in English communication
      英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先，需具備流利的英語溝通能力
    • Administrative or construction budgeting experience is a plus
      有行政支持或工程預(yù)算經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
      本科及以上學歷
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      注重細節(jié)且條理清晰
    • Adaptable to pressure and changes
      抗壓能力強且具備應(yīng)變能力
    • Team player with a sense of responsibility
      責任心強并具備團隊協(xié)作精神
