Job responsibilities:
1. Create customer master data, material mater data in SAP system according to the company process and file the related information as well;
2. Handle customer inquiries, orders, deliveries and billing in a time;
3. Closely working with customers on all order related issues;
4. Support to sales team for customer service, order execution status;
5. Closely working with supply chain management to follow production and ensure delivery on time;
6. Closely working with technologist for technical requirements;
7. Closely working with QC department to handle quality/claim issue;
8. Closely working with finance department for customer credit, invoice, payment etc.;
9. Achieve realistic, acceptable, lead times for customers;
10. Provide order status and reports to customers and sales;
11. Assist in the control of sales process and put forward optimization suggestions;
12. Maintain good relationship within each department;
13. Other tasks assigned.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in science, engineering, mechanical and electrical preferred;
2. More than three years working experience in multinational companies;
3. Proficient in English;
4. Rigorous, meticulous and good communication and coordination ability;
5. SAP software experience, familiar with office software;
6. Good sense of service, patience and responsibility, initiative.

1. 按照公司相關(guān)流程創(chuàng)建客戶主數(shù)據(jù)、物料主數(shù)據(jù)并對相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行歸檔處理;
2. 準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)處理日??蛻粼儍r(jià)、訂單及發(fā)貨開票等相關(guān)操作;
3. 與客戶保持密切聯(lián)系,及時(shí)反饋客戶需求,跟進(jìn)訂單情況及客戶投訴;
4. 與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通關(guān)于客戶服務(wù),訂單執(zhí)行情況等;
5. 與供應(yīng)鏈部門密切配合,努力改善訂單的及時(shí)交貨率;
6. 及時(shí)反饋客戶的技術(shù)需求給相應(yīng)的技術(shù)人員;
7. 與質(zhì)量部門配合處理好產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題和客戶投訴;
8. 與財(cái)務(wù)部就信用額度,發(fā)票及付款等問題進(jìn)行及時(shí)的溝通;
9. 努力為客戶達(dá)成合理的交貨期;
10. 跟進(jìn)訂單情況,并定時(shí)發(fā)送給客戶及銷售;
11. 協(xié)助做好銷售流程的控制,并提出優(yōu)化建議 ;
12. 與其他部門保持良好的協(xié)作關(guān)系;
13. 分配的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷,理、工科專業(yè)、機(jī)電專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 3年以上跨國公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 英語熟練;
4. 嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、細(xì)致、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
5. SAP軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉office辦公軟件;
6. 良好的服務(wù)意識、耐心和責(zé)任心,工作積極主動。
