? Definition and planning of logistic concepts and processes based on NLK, white book and other concern guidelines of VWAC. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area.
? Definition and planning of concepts for information flow within the logistics. Including goods receiving, repacking and storage.
? Definition and implementation of measures for automation and optimization regarding the logistic processes beginning from the concept phase till support of the realization on site.
? Reconciliation and implementation of concepts for structure and process flow regarding digital smart factory
? Support at the definition of a concept for information-/dataflow within the logistics dept. at VWAC. Including call offs from the assembly line, call offs from the supermarket and systems of inventory updates as well as definition of the concepts for packaging regarding the guidelines of the concern for packaging for power trains and components.
? Definition, planning and implementation of AGV based on NLK, Whitebook and other concern guidelines of plants for powertrain and components, for new and existing projects in VWAC (Battery) plant. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area.
? Support during Audits (intern, extern, VDA) and process checks
Our Requirements
? Bachelor/Master degree with the major in Engineering / Technical Logistics
? Good communication and team work skills
? 3-5 years’ experience in logistics and/or logistic services, also accept fresh with high-potential.
? Fluent in German/English
? Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, MicroStation, AutoCAD, RCS System
? Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
? Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
