職責(zé)描述：

? Manage social media accounts（RED, Weibo, We chat）for our clients. Create contents to build brand awareness and followers activation. .

1）負(fù)責(zé)公司品牌及旗下產(chǎn)品的新媒體營(yíng)銷推廣，包括：小紅書、微信、微博等日常運(yùn)營(yíng)推廣工作。

? Assist line manager on preparing social marketing plan and developing online marketing strategy.

2）配合上級(jí)完成策劃,負(fù)責(zé)新媒體營(yíng)銷過程相關(guān)文案撰寫，并制定線上營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)的推廣方案，參與并執(zhí)行具體工作。

? Develop annual strategy with influencers to achieve marketing objectives and initiatives.

3） 能獨(dú)立策劃年度KOL合作方案，并結(jié)合熱點(diǎn)事件，通過各種推廣手段實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌推廣計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。

? Discover new and appropriate influencers to represents our clients, in order to build brand awareness.

4）發(fā)現(xiàn)與品牌形象契合的KOL并與之建立聯(lián)系，擴(kuò)大品牌在線上平臺(tái)的影響力。

? Expand our clients’ social medial exposure by constructing local digital communities.

5）通過建立品牌線上社群，為品牌爭(zhēng)取最大程度的社交媒體曝光。

? Identify the latest social media trend and market information which can apply to our client’s marketing plan

6）收集并分析其他成功新媒體案例和數(shù)據(jù)，為公司新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)策略建立有效運(yùn)營(yíng)手段提升用戶活躍度，

任職要求：

? Bachelor’s degree and above. 1 year+ of work experience in PR, Digital Marketing or Social media agencies.

1）本科及以上學(xué)歷，在公關(guān)和新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)方面有一年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

? Creative thinking, passion in discovering the latest social media trends.

2）關(guān)注行業(yè)及社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)，了解并及時(shí)掌握不同新媒體平臺(tái)玩法，有網(wǎng)感、有邏輯、具備創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)

? Strong interest in fashion business and have interest in culture and lifestyle sectors.

3）熱愛時(shí)尚行業(yè)，對(duì)生活人文領(lǐng)域有自己獨(dú)到的見解

? Extensive knowledge of managing WeChat Douyin and Red official accounts.

4）熟練使用微信視頻號(hào)，抖音賬號(hào)，小紅書賬戶后臺(tái)

? Positive, self-motivated and a good team player.

5）性格積極主動(dòng)，擁有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

? Good command in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Excellent English proficiency is preferred.

6）良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力。英文能力較強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.

7）能夠適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境，并在壓力下完成工作。
