As our company continues to grow and expand, we are looking to add a dedicated Junior Analyst to our IPO team in China. Job Description: As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be an essential member of our IPO team, handling a variety of financial and analytical tasks related to IPO projects. Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence for IPO projects and preparing detailed reports and documentation.
2. Assisting project companies in organizing, analyzing, and refining their financial information to comply with IPO requirements.
3. Coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate the IPO audit and compliance processes.
4. Developing and maintaining financial models for project companies, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
5. Analyzing market trends, company performance, and industry data to provide insights and recommendations for IPO strategies.
6. Supporting the preparation of investor presentations, offering materials, and other crucial IPO documentation.
7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of IPO processes.
8. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to IPOs and investment banking.
Qualifications:
1. Strong interest in pursuing a career in investment banking and capital markets.
2. Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using the MSOffice suite of programs.
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Prior internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or investment banking is desirable.
7. CPA certification or progress towards CPA certification is a plus.
Although our headquarters office is in Shanghai, you will work from home when not travelling. We currently have projects in Qigngdao, Fujian, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu – travel is a main part of this job. Although a Chinese company, our company and specifically, our IPO team operates like an International Company – this is NOT a traditional Chinese company position.
Compensation
Low salary and high upside – we also compensate employees like an International Company. Salary is RMB 6,000./month. The upside potential is significant, but it is 100% discretionary. Your ability to obtain significant compensation beyond your base salary will depend 100% on the quality of your work and your effort/attitude.
