Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of administrative work, including but not limited to administrative affairs such as canteen, cleaning, vehicles, and dormitory.
2. Responsible for administrative reception work, corporate culture promotion, planning, organization and implementation of relevant meetings and employee activities.
2. Responsible for the 5S management of the department's work area, maintaining a clean and tidy work site, and participating in various safety and quality activities as required.
3. Responsible for the procurement and management of daily office supplies for the factory, as well as the management of departmental assets.
4. Responsible for organizing and assisting relevant employees in annual physical examinations, occupational health examinations, and handling health certificates.
5. Responsible for the implementation of various welfare policies and welfare activities in accordance with company policies and systems.
6. Responsible for the factory's administrative supplier docking, various administrative expenses statistics, reimbursement and analysis, and the submission of administrative PRs in the SAP system.
7. Responsible for the management of the canteen, daily operational communication and problem solving, management of the meal committee, employee satisfaction surveys, etc., to promote dining improvements and enhance satisfaction.
8. Manage and supervise the cleaning and greening work of the factory, and train, guide, and assess relevant personnel according to the requirements and standards for environmental cleaning and greening work.
9.As a dormitory administrator, responsible for handling employee accommodation-related procedures, coordinating accommodation arrangements, inspecting dormitory conditions, collecting employee feedback, and urging improvements.
10. Assist in the basic personnel work, including but not limited to recruitment accounting, maintenance of basic information in the personnel system, etc.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Management related majors.
2. Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3. At least 3 years of administrative work experience, with manufacturing industry experience preferred.

7.負(fù)責(zé)工廠行政相關(guān)供應(yīng)商對接,各類行政費(fèi)用統(tǒng)計、報銷和分析,SAP系統(tǒng)行政類PR的提報工作。
8.負(fù)責(zé)工廠食堂管理工作,日常運(yùn)營溝通及問題解決,膳食委員會的管理,員工滿意度調(diào)查等,促進(jìn)用餐改善及滿意度提升。
9.管理監(jiān)督工廠清潔、綠化工作,根據(jù)對環(huán)境清潔及綠化工作的要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)考核。
10.作為宿舍管理員,負(fù)責(zé)員工住宿相關(guān)手續(xù)辦理,協(xié)調(diào)住宿安排,檢查宿舍情況,收集員工意見并督促改善。
11.協(xié)助部門基礎(chǔ)性人事工作開展,包括但不限于招聘臺賬、人事系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)信息維護(hù)等。
12.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 英語聽說讀寫流利。
3. 3年以上行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷,具備制造業(yè)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4. 具備熟練的辦公軟件技能;良好的溝通能力,主動積極的工作態(tài)度;形象氣質(zhì)佳,工作細(xì)致,責(zé)任心強(qiáng);良好的跨部門協(xié)作能力;良好的攝影及視頻剪輯技巧。
