Main Responsibilities
1. Formulate and optimize the company's administrative rules and regulations, to ensure that all administrative work are conducted in an orderly and standardized manner..
2. Constantly enhance the administrative management system to improve administrative efficiency and service quality.
3. Manage the office environment and facilities .
4. Administrative resource management, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
5. Organize and coordinate various internal and external meetings and employee activities.
6. Lead and manage the administrative team, promoting the overall development of the team.
Requirements
1. bachelor’s degree or above in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of administrative management experience, of which administrative experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
3. Experience in office environment planning or organizing large-scale events is a plus.
4. Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate fluently and draft administrative documents in English.
5. Good team management and leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete various administrative tasks.
6. Strong adaptability and decision-making ability, able to make correct decisions and take appropriate actions in emergency situations.
