Position: Operation Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for production and operation of Vietnam factory.

負(fù)責(zé)越南工廠生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營工作。

Main responsibility：

1. Complete production tasks and production plans as required..

按照要求完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定等工作。

2. Responsible for the development and implementation of effective material, personnel, equipment management and production quality control system, plan and implement continuous improvement;

負(fù)責(zé)制定、實(shí)施有效的物料、人員、設(shè)備管理與生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制體系，計(jì)劃和實(shí)施持續(xù)改善；

3. Implement the daily inspection mechanism of the production line, establish good rules and regulations, ensure the clean and safe environment of the production site, and strive to create a good mental outlook of employees;

落實(shí)產(chǎn)線日常巡查機(jī)制，建立良好規(guī)章制度，保證生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境整潔和安全，努力創(chuàng)造員工良好的精神面貌；

4. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the responsibilities, operational processes and objectives of the production positions of the department, the distribution, assessment and supervision of the responsibilities, rights and benefits within the department, and the implementation of the performance evaluation of the employees of the department;

負(fù)責(zé)制訂、實(shí)施本部門生產(chǎn)崗位職責(zé)、作業(yè)流程和工作目標(biāo)，負(fù)責(zé)本部門內(nèi)部的責(zé)、權(quán)、利的分配、考核與監(jiān)督，實(shí)施對本部門員工工作績效的考評。

5. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the department staff training plan, continuous improvement and enhancement of staff skills and performance.

負(fù)責(zé)制訂本部門員工的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并落實(shí)培訓(xùn)，持續(xù)改善和提升員工工作技能和工作績效。

6. Provide comprehensive and reliable production management statistics to direct superiors on a regular basis, responsible for the authenticity of the data；

定期向直接上級提供全面可靠的生產(chǎn)管理統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，對數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。

7. Evaluate department budget plan and implementation；

評估部門預(yù)算計(jì)劃以及實(shí)施情況。

Job requirement：

職位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering related degree.

本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. At least 10 years working experience in production management and project management in manufacturing enterprises; Familiar with MRP or ERP system, lean production, 6σ is preferred.

至少10年制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理和項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉MRP或ERP系統(tǒng)、精益生產(chǎn)、六西格瑪優(yōu)先錄用

3. Familiar with the company's production process, working principle..

熟悉公司生產(chǎn)的工藝工序、工作原理。

4. Familiar with the company's products and production process technology application knowledge.

熟悉掌握公司的產(chǎn)品及生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面的知識

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism and professional ethics, have a strong appeal and cohesion.
