工作職責(zé) Job Responsibilities
1、負(fù)責(zé)園內(nèi)廚房、餐廳的日常管理工作
Responsible for the daily management of the kitchen and restaurant;
2、執(zhí)行本公司和國家有關(guān)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和衛(wèi)生與安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Implement the company and the national quality &health and safety standards
3、做好食品成本控制和倉庫庫存控制,檢查所訂食品的質(zhì)量
Control food cost and warehouse stock, check the quality of ordered food,check the quality of ordered food;
4、負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督檢查食品加工過程,保證菜肴質(zhì)量和正常供餐
Responsible for supervision and inspection of food processing process to ensure the quality of dishes and normal meal
5、負(fù)責(zé)廚房員工的培訓(xùn)工作,不斷提高員工的技能和工作規(guī)范
Responsible for the training of kitchen staff, continuously improve their skills and work standards;
6、配合園長和管理人員,及時(shí)聽取和處理客戶的需求和意見,并能進(jìn)行及時(shí)的調(diào)整菜肴和運(yùn)作方式
Cooperate with the principal and managers, deal with the needs and opinions of customers and adjust the dishes and operation mode in time.
任職資格 Job qualification
1、擁有豐富的中西餐點(diǎn)制作和研發(fā)能力,主廚3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有相關(guān)的資質(zhì)證書
With rich Chinese and western food preparation and research ability, more than 3 years of work experience with the relevant qualification certificate;
2、具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力Good communication, coordination and team leadership;
3、有較強(qiáng)的成本控制意識,有團(tuán)隊(duì)工作及四星級及以上賓館廚房管理經(jīng)歷者尤佳
Have a strong sense of cost control, group work and four-star hotel kitchen management experience is preferred
4、工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),有較強(qiáng)的組織、安排、應(yīng)變和帶教能力。
Serious and rigorous work attitude, have strong organization arrangement strain and lead teaching ability.
早班為主,每天工作8小時(shí),雙休。
Morning shift mainly, working 8 hours a day, double holidays.
