Key responsibilities:
1.Create mechanisms to track project progress towards milestones and goals, consolidate information from multiple sources and communicate updates to stakeholders.

2.Closely monitoring full lifecycle of project’s progress, risk management and change management are right in place.

3.Set metrics to define process success, track KPIs and report out to vary levels of leadership.
制定相關(guān)績效考核,跟蹤KPI結(jié)果并向不同層級的負(fù)責(zé)人匯報情況
4.Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve the quality of different process line, improve customer satisfaction.
識別并解決問題根源從而提高業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量及客戶滿意度
5.Provide effective support to team to make sure the success of projects.
為團(tuán)隊提供有效的支持以確保項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移/交接成功
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years related work experience in MNC and shared service center / BPO.
3年或以上大型財務(wù)共享中心業(yè)務(wù)流程外包轉(zhuǎn)移經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Strong project management skills and experience.
較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Excellent communication and people management skills.
出色的溝通技巧和管理能力
4. Solid accounting domain knowledge.
精通相關(guān)財務(wù)知識
5. Culture awareness and working in international environment.
能快速適應(yīng)/融入國際化辦公環(huán)境
6. Process improvement experience, Lean Six Sigma / Green belt certificate would be the plus.
有流程優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn),持有六西格瑪/綠帶證書尤佳
7. RPA implementation experience would be the plus.
有RPA相關(guān)流程優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳
8. Fluent communication in English.
