崗位職責(zé):
1.Responsible for improving the internal implementation plan, business standards and processes of overseas customer service department, adjusting and improving management process and specification according to the actual situation of the company
s development;
2.Responsible for the daily operation and management of customer service team, tracking business process, system optimization and inter departmental coordination, assist in optimizing operation process, and continuously improve service accuracy and efficiency;
3.Responsible for abnormal business classification maintenance and management, improve the ability of department team to predict, handle and analyze abnormal business;
4.Assist the group to complete the overseas project and global bidding business plan formulation and business maintenance management;
5.Manage temporary tasks and projects;
6.Other tasks assigned by management.
1.負(fù)責(zé)完善海外客服部?jī)?nèi)部實(shí)施方案、業(yè)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及流程,根據(jù)公司發(fā)展實(shí)際情況,調(diào)整和完善管理流程和規(guī)范;
2.負(fù)責(zé)客服團(tuán)隊(duì)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)工作及管理、跟蹤業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化和部門間工作協(xié)調(diào),協(xié)助優(yōu)化運(yùn)營(yíng)流程,不斷提升服務(wù)精準(zhǔn)度和效率;
3.負(fù)責(zé)異常業(yè)務(wù)分類維護(hù)管理,提高部門團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)異常業(yè)務(wù)的預(yù)判、處理及分析能力;
4.協(xié)助集團(tuán)內(nèi)部完成境外項(xiàng)目及全球招標(biāo)業(yè)務(wù)的海外段方案擬定與業(yè)務(wù)維護(hù)管理;
5.管理臨時(shí)任務(wù)和項(xiàng)目;
6.其他上級(jí)指派的工作。
任職要求:
1.35周歲以下,本科及以上,語(yǔ)言類、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、工商管理類專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2.3年以上客服服務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),1年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);英語(yǔ)精通,會(huì)小語(yǔ)種優(yōu)先考慮
3.具備較強(qiáng)的客戶導(dǎo)向意識(shí)、較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和持續(xù)工作能力、較強(qiáng)的分析和解決綜合問(wèn)題的能力
4.大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)(非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)),英語(yǔ)專業(yè)四級(jí)/八級(jí)(英語(yǔ)專業(yè)))
