1. Core Project Management Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related
majors. At least 10 years of IT work experience, with strong manufacturing knowledge and at least 5 years of project management experience.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including
Waterfall and Agile. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification is a plus.

2. Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills

? Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: The project manager will
need to convey complex technical details to both technical and non-technical

stakeholders, balancing priorities and expectations.

? Stakeholder Engagement: Proven success in stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage diverse teams. The ability to influence, build consensus, and manage

expectations across departments is key.

? Vendor Management: Experience in working with third-party vendors,
including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution, especially important if your projects involve external partnerships.

? Adaptability and Resilience: IT projects often face setbacks and
shifting priorities, so resilience, flexibility, and a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure are key.

? Excellent Language Proficiency in both English and Chinese
