職位描述

【工作內(nèi)容】
- 負(fù)責(zé)收集、處理和執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，為業(yè)務(wù)決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
- 運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等方法，挖掘數(shù)據(jù)中的價(jià)值，幫助業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)理解數(shù)據(jù)背后的含義。
- 制作可視化報(bào)告，清晰地展示分析結(jié)果，并提出業(yè)務(wù)建議。
- 與跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，了解業(yè)務(wù)需求，進(jìn)行定制化的數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目。
- 不斷優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)分析流程，提升工作效率。
【任職要求】
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限，但數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)或計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
- 熟練使用SQL、Excel等工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析。
- 至少掌握一種數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件或編程語(yǔ)言（如Python、R等）。
- 具備良好的邏輯思維能力，能夠從復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)中提煉關(guān)鍵信息。
- 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具備良好的溝通技巧。
- 對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感，對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)有好奇心，樂于探索數(shù)據(jù)背后的故事。
