? Detailed Design – creation of full manufacturing information for new products with generation of associated supporting documentation such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFM, FEA ,design review, package design etc..

? 產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì) – 基于諸如公差分析, FMEA, DFM, FEA,設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，包裝設(shè)計(jì)等設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的分析，整合和配套，創(chuàng)建適用于新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的制造工程文件

? Concept Development – correct interpretation of customer specifications and requirements enabling generation of technical proposals.

? 概念設(shè)計(jì)方案 – 積極消化，正確理解客戶需求，規(guī)范等輸入信息，提出可行的技術(shù)設(shè)想

? Provide design engineering support for the development of customized Connector products.

? 為客戶定制類產(chǎn)品提供強(qiáng)有力而高效的工程技術(shù)支持

? Research and Development – to explore new technologies appropriate for continual development.

? 研究和開發(fā) – 不斷探索新的技術(shù)或趨勢(shì)以適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的需要

? Sales Support – to provide technical assistance to the sales activity to win new business and support existing business.

? 銷售支持 – 為新的或者已有的商業(yè)活動(dòng)提供必要的技術(shù)支持

? Technical Support – providing general technical assistance to the domestic operations teams, sub-contractors and suppliers including assembly training and failure/issue analysis.

? 技術(shù)支持 – 為工廠內(nèi)部的運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)，代理商，供應(yīng)商提供必要的技術(shù)支持和協(xié)助，比如裝配/安裝，失效分析等

? Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.

? 技術(shù)管理 – 基于ISO質(zhì)量體系創(chuàng)建關(guān)于技術(shù)管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容

? Develops technology and process know-how to ensure designs are technologically competitive.

? 不斷發(fā)展技術(shù)及工藝的經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)資料庫以確保設(shè)計(jì)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性

? Participate and contribute to team training, development, mentoring and audits.

? 積極參與和服務(wù)于培訓(xùn)，員工發(fā)展，導(dǎo)師和審計(jì)等團(tuán)隊(duì)

Requirments:

? University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering.

? 機(jī)械或電子類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷

? Competent in use of 3D, 2D design tools and PDM.

? 熟練使用3D，2D和 PDM

? 3+ years of practical experience in design of electrical connector, knowledge of connector specifications

? 3年以上連接器設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

? Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current wire termination).

? 深入理解制造流程或工藝諸如機(jī)加，注塑和裝配技術(shù)（接觸件壓接，焊接，大電流接線等）

? Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.

? 熟練使用失效原因分析各種理論和分析工具；

? Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities

? 了解各類材料的特性并基于此做出合理的材料選擇

? Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English

? 良好的中文普通話聽讀寫能力，良好的英語讀寫能力
